It started with a conversation.

One of our early customers told us how tired they were of receiving the same corporate gifts year after year. Another branded water bottle, another box of shortbread, another “thank you” that didn’t really say much at all. “What I really want,” they laughed, “is something I’ll actually use - and that doesn’t just end up in the bin.”
