I have planted my garlic nestled under their wool cover. One week in the shoots are popping through. Great that I will not have to keep the bed weed free this year. Very interested to see the finished result. Also have the squares of wool mat around the broccoli and cauliflower, hopefully will keep the slugs and snails away!
What time of year do I plant
When I saw this, I was curious. Loved the concept. It arrived and I spend a couple of days smelling the mat. Brought back childhood memories of growing up on a farm.
Garlic is planted and looking forward to the results.
